Children need a healthy and balanced diet from all food groups: Vegetables, Fruits, Grains, dairy and Protein. Giving them 3 meals, a day and a few healthy snacks in between will ensure that they have all the nutrients and energy they need to thrive.
Encouraging your little one to stay active by limiting screen time is also a key to keep them in a good health.
If you have a picky eater who may not be eating a well-balanced diet as a result, our pediatric department is here to assist you every Saturday – Thursday from 8AM – 10PM.
